Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a Practice Masters product online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason or paying cancellation costs.
To exercise this right, contact us at david@practice-masters.com within the 14-day period.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. The product should be returned in its original condition, allowing only the handling reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may inspect the book as you would in a shop. If the product is handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount reflecting any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising your right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund without undue delay. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs you originally paid. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at david@practice-masters.com as soon as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Under EU consumer law, goods must meet the agreed requirements, and consumers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods.
Sale Items
Sale items are also covered by your statutory consumer rights. A sale price does not remove your right of withdrawal or your legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
